Riverview Landscapes Acquires Florence Landscaping, Expanding into Central New Jersey
PERTH AMBOY, NJ - Riverview Landscapes (“Riverview”) today announced the acquisition of Florence Landscaping, a provider of landscape maintenance, construction, and snow services serving clients throughout central New Jersey. The transaction closed on July 12, 2024, and represents Riverview’s 8th acquisition since its founding
Founded by Mike Skomba more than 30 years ago, Florence Landscaping has delivered reliable, high-quality landscape services to commercial properties and municipal clients. Their experienced teams, long-term customer relationships, and reputation for consistent service make them a strong addition to the Riverview platform.
