Riverview Landscapes Acquires Labriola Landscaping and Ultimate Care Landscaping, Expanding Operations Across Westchester County
WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY - Riverview Landscapes (“Riverview”) today announced the acquisition of Ultimate Care Landscaping and the maintenance division of Labriola Landscaping, two established landscape maintenance and enhancement providers serving clients across Westchester County. Both acquisitions officially closed on April 1, 2024, strengthening Riverview’s market presence and operational capacity across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. These mark Riverview’s 6th and 7th acquisition since its founding.
With decades of combined experience, Labriola Landscaping and Ultimate Care Landscaping have built strong reputations in landscape maintenance, enhancements, turf care, planting services, and seasonal cleanups. Their reliable service models and skilled field teams make them natural additions to Riverview’s growing service platform.

Both teams will integrate into Riverview’s regional operations, ensuring seamless continuity of service for all existing clients. Labriola and Ultimate Care will form Riverview’s Tarrytown branch to be managed by Branch Manager Larry Labriola. Larry was previously the landscape maintenance manager for Labriola Landscaping.
