Riverview Landscapes Acquires MG’s Lawn Green, Expanding Service Footprint Across New York and Connecticut
SOUTHERN WESTCHESTER, NY - Riverview Landscapes (“Riverview”) today announced it has acquired MG’s Lawn Green (“Lawn Green”), a well-established provider of commercial and residential landscape maintenance, snow removal, hardscaping, fertilization and irrigation across Westchester County, The Bronx, and Fairfield County. This marks Riverview’s fifth acquisition since its founding in 2022.
With this addition, Riverview further strengthens its presence in the greater New York City metropolitan area, offering clients deep expertise in comprehensive commercial maintenance and snow removal. Lawn Green’s existing team will continue to operate under the Riverview umbrella, ensuring continuity for clients and preserving the company’s commitment to high-quality, reliable service. Lawn Green was founded in 1988 by Mark and Gina DiFabio. Matt DiFabio, Lawn Green’s sales and construction manager, will become branch manager of Riverview’s Westchester branch, which was formed via its acquisition of Lawn Green and Palotta Landscaping.
